When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not require you to create an account on this website.
Purchase & license information
Purchases of Burgee Pro are processed by our reseller, Freemius, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record. Freemius collects the billing and payment details needed to complete your purchase and manage your license; we receive limited order and license information (such as your name, email, and license status) but not your full payment-card details. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
2. The plugin & your club's data
Burgee runs on your own WordPress installation. The racing data you enter — seasons, boats, ratings, results, standings, and any recipient email lists — is stored in your WordPress database, on your hosting. We do not have access to it.
The plugin includes the Freemius SDK to manage licensing and updates. Where the plugin offers usage diagnostics, these are collected only with the site administrator's opt-in, in accordance with Freemius's practices.
